The Ovarian Cancer Sista's Teal to Toe Walk

Shirt pick up will be Friday, September 10th at Connor Park between 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm or event day when you check-in. SHIRTS ARE AVAILABLE ONLY TO THOSE WHO REGISTERED PRIOR TO AUGUST 27TH. NO SHIRTS WILL BE AVAILABLE ON EVENT DAY.
Let's celebrate together the ladies who are fighting all gynecologic cancers and remember those who lost their battle to these cancer. Event day registration/check-in will begin at 8:00 am. At this time, you will receive your shirt (if registered by August 27th) event day wristband, purchase tickets for the large raffle of beautiful baskets and items donated by our wonderful supporters. Ticket will be on sale at forty for $20, six for $5 or one dollar each.
At 9:15 we ask that all survivors move to the announced location for the annual picture.
Opening ceremonies will begin at 9:30 and the walk begins at 9:45. The auction will close at 11:00
11:30 closing ceremony includes recognizing the winners for the adult & child walkers.
By registering for the Ovarian Sista's Teal to Toe Walk online, you are agreeing to release the Ovarian Cancer Connection, Conner Park in Fremont, Ohio, all sponsors and vendors from liability and have therefore read this carefully. I understand that this event involves physical activity, and I agree that I am physically and mentally able to participate in this event. I also agree to immediately stop participating and request assistance if I experience any condition which may make it unsafe for me to continue. I agree to release the Ovarian Cancer Connection, Connor Park in Fremont, Ohio, all sponsors, volunteers and vendors including each of their affiliates, employees, agents and volunteers from all liability arising out of my participation in this event and to hold them harmless from all liability arising from my actions while participating in this event. I agree that any photographs, videotapes, drones, recording of any kind other than images containing my likeness (of a Minor's) are sole property of the Ovarian Cancer Connection or the photographers. I hereby authorize the Ovarian Cancer Connection, its agents, sponsors, and/or news organizations to use or publish ail images for news accounts, publicity, or promotional purpose for any other lawful purpose through any form of media whatsoever.
