17th Annual Ellen Jackson Ovarian Cancer Walk Presented by Buckeye Broadband.

This year the event has moved to Flower Hospital/Hickman Cancer Center in Sylvania, Ohio. Please join us on this lovely campus and come prepared for any change in the weather on that day. The OCC must your registration form by September 1, 2021 so your shirt will be available for pick up on September 15th & 16th from 10 am - 5 pm at the office of the Ovarian Cancer Connection, 5577 Airport Hwy. Ste. 206, Toledo, Ohio 43615. If you are unable to pick up your shirt those days, your shirt will be waiting for you at the check in table. IF YOU DID NOT REGISTER FOR BY SEPTEMBER 1ST A SHIRT WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE FOR YOU... NO EXCEPTIONS!
Let's celebrate together the ladies who are or have fought a gynecologic cancer and remember those who lost their fight to these cancers.
Jerry Anderson is returning as our Master of Ceremonies and auctioneer. Jerry will have a few items to raffled off before the walk begins.
Event day registration/ check in will begin at 8:00 am. At this time, you will receive your event day wristband and you can purchase your tickets for the beautiful baskets and gifts donated by our wonderful supporters. Tickets are for sale at the event: forty for $20, six for $5 or $1 each.
By 9:30 we ask that all survivors of a gynecologic cancer move to the entrance of the Hickman Cancer Center for our annual picture.
At 10:00 the walk will begin around the campus of Flower Hospital (follow the teal arrows). Behind the former lake Park Hospital, the memorial path will begin. Please do not remove any signs.
By registering for this event online, you are
agreeing to release the Ovarian Cancer Connection, Flower Hospital and the Hickman Cancer Center from liability and have therefore read it carefully. I

kind other than images containing my likeness (of the Minor's) are sole
property of the Ovarian Cancer Connection or the photographer. I hereby authorize the Ovarian Cancer Connection, its
agents, sponsors, and/or news organizations to use or publish said images for
news accounts, publicity, or promotional purposes for any other lawful purpose
through any form of media whatsoever.
